Private roller-skating lessons for adults — from first, unsure steps to smooth, technical skating. We teach at your pace, without embarrassment and without comparing you to a group. Whether you start from zero or come back after years.
It is never too late for roller skates. Adults learn consciously and often faster than they expect — because they understand what they are working on and watch their own technique.
Roller skating is great low-impact cardio — it works the legs, glutes and deep muscles, and it is simply fun.
Balance and proprioception training that pays off day to day — and in other sports: skiing, ice skating or running.
An hour of movement in the fresh air relieves stress effectively. You leave in a better mood than you arrived.
We teach from the basics, with a focus on confident braking and a controlled fall — so you feel safe before you speed up.
The instructor sets the scope and pace to your level and goal — whether you just want to skate confidently in the park or refine your technique.
The price is per lesson, not per person — if you come with a partner or friend (2–3 people), it works out cheaper per head.
Prices and equipment rental are pulled live from the booking system; rental at Park Szczęśliwicki.
Yes. Most of our adult students start from zero. The lesson is private, so we give you our full attention and start exactly where you are — no pressure, no comparing to a group.
There is no upper age limit. We teach people in their twenties and in their sixties alike. Adults often learn faster because they consciously work on technique and balance.
That is natural and very common in adults. So we start with stance, braking and safe falling in a full set of pads. You set the pace — we speed up only when you feel confident.
No. On site you have a rental of skates, helmet and a full set of pads in adult sizes. You can try before deciding on your own gear.
It is individual, but many adults skate and brake confidently in the park after 2–3 lessons. After the first session the instructor will suggest a realistic plan for your goal.
Yes — we run sessions 1:1 or in a small group of 2–3. It is a convenient option for couples and friends at a similar level; the price is per lesson, not per person.
